Our memberships are a great way for you to save money each month on services that you enjoy. Plus receive all kinds of special giveaways, save money for your family, save money on all of our products and much more.
Your Monthly Membership Service can be used anytime during business hours by reservation only, depending on availability. Your 5% discount on additional spa services and 10% spa retail discount can be used at time of service as long as reservation was made.
Yes, as long as you make a reservation for all services including monthly specials. To find out what the special of the month will be, ask at time of reservation, on the front page of our website, on our membership page of our site and lastly via email when you signed up for the membership your received a PDF of our monthly specials.
Give us at least a 24 hours’ notice by calling to reschedule your service. If you “no show” your monthly membership service, it will count as your service for that month. If you can not make it we are happy to see anyone you choose to take your place. Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you a refund. Just as we value your time, we also value the time of our employees and without proper notification we are unable to fill in your reservation.
We encourage all members to pre book your next reservation prior to leaving your current reservation to ensure availability. If you were unable to redeem your membership service please fill out this form ( ) for special accommodations.
You will receive one monthly membership service on the date you started your membership and expired on the same date the following month (ex you sign up for your membership on the 15th, you will have until the following month on the 15th at end of business hours and will expire.. Your monthly membership service expires on the last day of the calendar month. Services do not carry over to the next month.
